A little about my journey...
Growing up in rural North Florida, my path was unknown but my vision was consistent: I always knew I was going to help drive meaningful conversations- within and with others. I went to leadership camp as a teenager and made my own business cards in high school. For over 20 years I have ventured through workshop creation, stakeholder facilitation and hosting gatherings with intention. My work embodies itself through listening, being curious, inviting others to be brave in community while vulnerable with themselves, and curating conversations to create breakthroughs. I truly believe in the goodness of humanity and that there is so much to learn from each other. It is my hope that the journey of self discovery will be at the forefront of our daily conversations. Just like you think about your physical health and financial stability, it is my vision that our world will have daily conversations about our whole-selves and how we can live in alignment with our values.
